In-Person Therapy Sessions

In-person therapy sessions for adults (18+) are provided on-site in our purpose-built log cabin. Each therapy session is 50 minutes in duration. The amount of sessions required varies for each individual. However, a block of 6 sessions is generally the minimum recommended number of sessions to support therapeutic effectiveness. Online Therapy Sessions

Online therapy sessions for adults (18+) are provided over Zoom, and allow clients to attend therapy from the comfort and safety of their own home, or any other space that may be convenient for them. Each therapy session is 50 minutes in duration, with 6 being generally the minimum recommended number of sessions to support therapeutic effectiveness.
